Plant Manager
This US owned Textile Manufacturing company has been around for 25+ years and has a great, diversified customer base including The Home Depot. They sell into the Retail side, Healthcare and Hospitality Markets and provide a quality textile product to their customers. Most of their employees have been with the company for over 10 years. Full Benefits. Plant runs most five days a week but could be some Saturday work.
We are looking for a solid Plant Manager that can run this one shift operation. They have about 70 people in the plant under a 70K square foot facility. They are making mattress pads, Pillows, comforters and Blankets. They have about Garneting Lines. It is crucial that this Plant Manager comes in with a Garneting background. Can lead it, and understands it from a Technical Standpoint.
Of course, you will be leading a team of managers and need to be up today on OSHA and working with Inventory. You could retire with this company; great owners that treat their people right.
