Sales Manager, Automotive

Our client is a part of the largest family run textile companies in Europe with roots dating back to the mid-19th century! They produce high-quality Nonwovens and Technical materials using multiple technologies such as Needle Punch, Thermal Calendaring, Stitch Bonding and more. Their US location is thriving and looking to expand their business and market share!

We are searching for an experienced Sales Manager selling into the Automotive market. Preferred candidate will have ~5 years Sales/ Business Development into the automotive industry with nonwoven products. Bachelor’s degree, prefer engineering, hunter mentality. Ability to work autonomously, 50% + travel, demonstrates technical aptitude, strong interpersonal communication skills & basic computer skills.

The Position will be 25% Account Management, and 75% Business Development. Role will focus on developing Multiknit Stitchbond material currently used in automotive seating & cured in place pipe. Involves complex sales to OEM, seating integrators, and laminators.
