Plant Superintendent

Our client is a leading manufacturer of precision crafted, nonwoven materials in the United States. For nearly 50 years they have been manufacturing high-quality products for furniture, bedding, industrial, and more!

This is the entry position leading to the Plant Manager role. You will be directing/managing plant operations with overall responsibility for production, maintenance, quality. Will develop and control profits, plans and budget. Coordinate plant activities to the planning with departmental managers to ensure total manufacturing objectives are accomplished. Other responsibilities include managing capital asset maintenance, assess staffing needs, implement cost-effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, manpower and labor costs. Degree in related field or five years as plant/general management experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. Monday to Thursday 7AM – 7PM. Additional hours when required.
