Quality/Technical Service Manager

Our client is a multi-billion-dollar international company with a sales and production network of over 50 bases that span from Asia to the U.S. to Europe supplying customers in over 130 countries. We are working on a new position within their fiber/yarn portfolio.

We are searching for a Quality/Technical Service Manager that has experience with raw materials going into Diaper’s.

This role will be responsible for monitoring the quality of the company’s product line along with customer technical service. You will be working with global accounts such as P&G, KC, Essit and MNC and providing guidance by finding root causes of quality issues. In this role you will also be working to understand the competitor’s products and evaluating them in the market.

National and global travel will be required of this role (once travel opens back up) and therefore a remote office is available.
