National Director of Stores
Over the last 17 years, our client has built an extraordinary modern bridal boutique company located in 12 locations around the country. Their brides experience a light, fun shopping experience with authenticity, inclusiveness, and a sincere celebration with every interaction.
We are looking for a National Director of Stores to manage 2 Regional Managers and 12 Retail Stores.
The right candidate will have:
- A passion for people management
- Understand the market of “luxury at affordable prices.”
- Relate to their brand ethos of inclusivity, fun, giving back and authenticity.
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and not be looking to be a part of a large corporate organization
- Live in Colorado, Texas, or Minnesota
- Be willing to travel at least 50% of the time
