Account Manager

We are working with a leading global manufacturer of advanced materials that operates manufacturing and research & development facilities in the Americas, Europe, China and India. Our client is on track to be a billion-dollar company in the next couple of years. Great company with excellent benefits.

The Account Manager will identify critical needs and obstacles and assemble the people, products, and projects necessary to achieve the opportunity goals. The Account Manager will assemble and deploy teams as needed with the assistance of the Director of Sales, Division President, and other relevant colleagues, and will lead the Sales Force opportunity process to win opportunities.

We are looking for someone that is a hunter, not someone to maintain accounts. Our client has a lot of new technology and wants to concentrate on identifying new avenues of revenue with existing customers. The expectation for this position is for accelerated growth in the territory and for preparation of the Account Manager for promotion opportunities to the other commercial roles such as Segment Leader, Product Manager, etc. Work remote, east coast preferred.
