This apparel supplier designs, sources, manufactures and distributes apparel to a variety of regional and national organizations. Their mission is to provide exceptional service to their customers as well as their own team. This incredible company has a positive, supportive culture and their team is growing! Local or hybrid or possibly remote.

We are looking for a Director or Head of Sales & Marketing with 8+ years of experience.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Proven background in managing and building a sales team
  • Will be a part of the senior leadership team
  • Responsible for driving growth, building a team, identify future opportunities, set sales strategies and programs
  • Must be comfortable making presentations and have excellent communication style and skills
  • Should have examples of leading successful teams, closing sales in longer sales cycles and thriving in a team environment
  • Enjoys a collaborative environment to help develop and execute the company’s strategies
  • Comfort level with sales budgets and P&L statements
  • Product background may vary but should have B2B experience
  • Must enjoy cross collaboration and have attention to detail
  • Comfortable working under pressure and a fast-paced environment
