We are working with a fast growing, large (over $1B in annual revenue) global leader and manufacturer of extruded staple fibers, woven & non-woven fabrics including needle punch nonwovens, and other textile related products utilized in a wide variety of industries. The company has a need for an experienced Recruiter to cover staffing for several of their facilities. The position is a hybrid role with some in-office and remote work – candidate must be located northeast of Atlanta, GA and will report to the HR Manager. This position will assist the high-volume recruitment process by developing, implementing and maintaining a creative recruiting strategy for the business units to bring in applicants through existing and new sources in order to provide an effective pool of candidates mostly focused, but not limited to, the company’s manufacturing, warehouse, operations, maintenance, internship, and apprenticeship roles.


  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing, develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
  • Perform reference checks as need
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
  • Manage onboarding and new hire process
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
  • Assists with external recruiting events
  • Work with local school systems to recruit students for WBL and apprenticeship programs


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable making decisions independently
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
