The Compensation Director is a key partner in the design and oversight of the organization’s compensation plan and programs. The candidate will have experience in HRIS development and have a strong understanding of Workday. Responsible for leading the design, planning, evaluation, implementation and administration of new and existing compensation programs, builds, and roll outs. You will be strategic, but also hands-on and be instrumental in driving the Compensation strategy for the company.
