We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Category Manager for Throws, Pillows, and Blankets to join our Home Fashions company. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for managing a specific category of products within our organization, ensuring its success through effective strategic planning, assortment management, vendor relationships, and overall business growth. Your expertise in the home fashions industry will enable you to identify trends, analyze market data, and drive innovative strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of home fashion products, market trends, and customer preferences
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and identify actionable insights
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in inventory management and demand planning principles
• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective category strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales and profitability targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities
