This US Owned and Operated company has been in business for 30 year and is one of the top rework companies in the Country. They work with the top apparel and footwear brands in the country helping them with any quality issues. The cut & sew products are shipped from overseas and sometimes when they arrive they have defects, or crooked logos or a mildew issue. We are looking for An Operations Manager that can run this operation. Handling all the reworks, repackaging and labor rates. We need a strong background in Cut & Sew and that has run Production. A background in Quality and Inspection would be a bonus as well. You will lead Project Managers and it could be as many as 5-6 projects going on at once. Some larger than others. Some could take 2 days s and some could take 8 months. If you are used to working in a large Cut & Sew operation, this could be a welcome change. They have around 30 + sewers and then will bring on 40 or more temp people when needed, depending on the size of the order.
