This is an international textile Company. They manufacture in four different countries with sales over $300MM and zero debt. Their US sales are around $70MM. They offer full benefits with a matching 401K. Benefits start day one. They have around 150 people in their US Facility near Greensboro.  Hybrid, two days in the office and three days at home.

We are looking for a Director of Finance that can lead a small team. A background working with SAP is a MUST. Someone ready to move into this role will be in strong consideration as well. Will report into the President of the US and to the Overseas CFO.

• Responsible for regular monthly closings for internal and external reporting
• Coordinate and prepare journal entry accruals and adjustments
• Maintain cash flow analysis and cash flow forecasts including bank loan covenant compliance
• Prepare month-end account analysis of required balance sheet and income statement accounts to ensure accuracy. Maintain regular and timely analysis of operating costs
• Prepare audit schedules required for year-end audit or other audits as necessary
• Prepare all statutory reports and maintain timely compliance
• Industry and governmental reporting
• Maintain fixed assets control and valuation for all ledgers including book, tax ACRS, state, Personal property tax, and insurance as necessary. Monitor asset acquisitions and divestments
• Support the data preparation for use related to the annual insurance policy renewal. Ensure adequate coverage in line with corporate policy and direction
• Prepare the month-end sales reporting package
• Key liaison with corporate Finance Department
• Backup for Accounting Associates as necessary
• Coordinate and prepare annual budget and financial forecasts

Requirement:

• BA or BS degree in accounting or business or equivalent experience

Preferred:

• 10 to 15 years of accounting experience
• SAP, ADP and ERP Systems experience a plus
• Masters in Accounting or MBA
