Plant Manager

We are searching for an experienced Plant Manager to lead of team or ~70 in the manufacturing of Needled, Spunbonded and Meltblown products. You will be responsible for managing all activities related to Production, Maintenance & Engineering. Also, assuring the best efficiency in operations through optimization of all production resources in order to maximize production performance, improve competitiveness of the production lines, equipment, products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Management of plant operations in a safe, effective and environmentally responsible manner. Ensuring compliance with all local regulations, and company guidelines, while enhancing the operation’s profitability and value for the customer
• Further optimization and development of the local technology, production processes and drive the required investment according to the approved plan
• Oversee the development and maintenance of process documentation for efficient manufacturing operations
• Develop, analyze, and monitor relevant KPI’s and deviation management
• Support company business objectives, goals and plans and provide leadership within scope of responsibility. and meet expectations

Professional Experience & Educational Qualifications:
• B.S in Engineering from a 4-year accredited school. Advanced Degree is Preferred
• 5+ years of prior production management and leadership experience in an industrial production environment. Carding, Needlepunch, Spunbond, Meltbown or related technology experience ideal

Specific Skills & Knowledge:
• Experience in leading teams in order to accomplish operational goals and objectives
• Experience using multiple data sources and reports to conduct analysis, resulting in implementation of action plans
• Exceptional leadership, written and verbal communication, and team-building skills with all levels of employees and management
• Strong follow up and attention to details in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements and Lean manufacturing principles
• Must be able to demonstrate themselves and instill in others the following:
