Inside Sales Manager
This is a relatively new company, founded in 1991 (30 years young). In the past four years they have grown from $15MM to $85MM in sales. They offer a full line of rugs and a full line of Luxury Vinyl Tile products. 90% of what they do is now on the hard surface side. They are a debt free company that is very much in a growth mode and looking to add to their team. They have a full benefits plan. They are back in the office five days a week and have a good working environment. Most of their people have been with them for 20+ years. 50 employees.
We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to manage a bunch of existing accounts that need follow up. You will be responsible for checking in with these accounts to see if they need more product. Occasionally, you might have to go visit some of these accounts, but there is not a lot of travel to this role. This will be a base salary with 1/4ly bonus opportunities. We would like to see 5+ years in this type of role.
