They are currently seeking an Architectural and Design Sales Representative to join their experienced sales team. The A&D Sales Representative is expected to create and implement unique and independent sales strategies to accommodate existing accounts and develop the growth of new accounts, specifically within the Commercial A&D industry. Sales goals will be established to achieve the necessary results. The A&D Sales Representative will continuously identify and secure new accounts through various sales techniques, including cold-calling, direct marketing, and networking. A heavy emphasis will be placed on business development, effective relationship management, and the demonstration of a savvy sense of B2B acumen.

What You’ll Do:
• Oversee sales strategies associated with accounts in assigned segments, including but not limited to; overall account management, new business development, maintenance of internal and external communications, and steady partnership with associated internal business partners
• Evaluate account business processes and provide recommendations for products, supplies and solutions that generate additional revenue
• Collaborate with all levels of management and necessary personnel to maintain and exceed established business development goals
• Operate in conjunction with the Branch Locations, Marketing Team, and Customer Service to ensure the development of ongoing product knowledge, industry expertise and acceptable sales strategies
• Identify revenue opportunities within assigned accounts through communication, network development and other activities as needed, collaborating with business divisions for suggestions and support

What We’re Looking for:
• Experienced as a sales leader, driven in B2B account development, and operationally sound
• Comfortable building and maintaining professional relationships in an industry-related environment
• Ability to utilize a variety of sales techniques and methods to secure contracts and overcome objectives
• Outgoing and personable with an intense focus in achieving results
• Creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated
• Minimum of 8-10 years of successful B2B sales and business development within an industry-related environment is required
• Knowledge of successful sales techniques and closing strategies
• Experience and expertise managing multiple accounts and relationships
• Familiarity with various computer software programs including Microsoft Office and Outlook
