Director of Customer Service

Our client is an Atlanta based company founded in 2009. They have quicky become a leader in the private label apparel industry, where they work with their partners to grow their business through great products, superior graphic design and a thorough understanding of their culture and merchandising needs. With their customer centric approach and passion, they work with many sought after brands and retailers. They have continued to grow their business every year.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Manages the customer order process, including EDI
  • Manages the ERP and related processes for all users
  • Manages and communicates customer compliance requirements
  • Assists with the creation and dissemination of reporting
  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains departmental supervisory staff
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department
  • Communicates with other departments frequently to update status for critical orders
  • Drafts, implements, and executes policies and procedures to facilitate a quality customer service experience
  • Establishes performance metrics for customer service representatives
  • Establishes service levels and requirements for the department
  • Develops and implements methods to record, assess, and analyze customer feedback
  • Develops and implements training and quality assurance programs for new hires and experienced employees
  • Communicates with customers frequently to ensure that customers are current on order status and requirements

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Bachelors degree required
  • At least five years of related experience required, with prior management experience highly preferred
