Senior Account Manager
We are seeking an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager to join our PET Resin Business team. We are looking for a highly motivated professional with demonstrated capabilities. A successful individual in this role must have strong sales, marketing and negotiation skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities/Job Requirements:
• Identify and develop new customers in US / Canada region
• Sustain rapport with key accounts through regular meetings and identifying and meeting their needs
• Formulate plans for establishing long term relationships with customers and position company as a preferred supplier
• Study the industry dynamics and competitive landscape and develop strategies suitably to increase sustainable market share
• Assist the business in decision making and strategy development by providing regular market intelligence
• Proactively identify and recommend new products and product opportunities
• Work with manufacturing, customer service, supply chain and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with laws and regulations and company policies

Education Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Engineering, Chemistry or related discipline is required. In addition to this requirement, an advanced degree in Business Administration is preferred

Minimum Work Experience and Skills Required:
• At least 5 years of Sales and Marketing experience in PET Resins or related industry
• Demonstrated and successful negotiation and excellent (written and verbal) communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Willingness and ability to travel (50%)
• Self-driven and ability to deliver results with limited supervision

Senior Account Manager
Responsibilities/Job Requirements:
• Develop and execute commercialization strategies to secure sustainable, profitable specialty polymers business
• Identify and justify new sustainable, value-add business ventures where warranted
• Manager existing customer relationships pursuing opportunities to increase value for the customer and company
• Lead strategies to efficiently and effectively promote, market and execute new business development ventures
• Guide market analysis priorities in order to achieve new business goals and extract maximum long-term value
• Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with laws and regulations and company policies
• Support the vetting of product marketing claims used in marketing materials
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Good written and verbal communications
• Successful negotiation skills
• Self-driven and ability to deliver results with limited supervision

Education Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Engineering, Chemistry or related discipline

Minimum Work Experience and Skills Required:
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in developing, marketing and commercializing new products required; polymer related products preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in market analysis with in-depth understanding of business fundamentals and strategies
• A strong working knowledge of PowerPoint - presentation creation, Excel and other Microsoft software tools is essential
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills is required
• Knowledge of medical markets, nonwovens markets, biaxial film marketing, specialty sheets marketing preferred
• Willingness and ability to travel as required (50%)
• Self-driven and ability to deliver results with limited supervision

Technical Services Representative
We are looking for a highly motivated professional with demonstrated capabilities. A successful individual in this role must have strong marketing and negotiation skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Develop effective working relationship with customers. Initiate and manage quality audits as well as analyze product processing data and monitor product end-use performance
• Steward over product quality with customers
• Support the business with the handling of customer product performance claims and conduct root cause analyses as appropriate
• Support business through end-use evaluations and assisting with new product introductions to market. Assist customers with trials and samples
• Help business in evaluating competitive opportunities. Participate and support the development of new products and business opportunities
• Proactively identify and recommend new products and product opportunities
• Work with customer service, research and development, supply chain and logistics to ensure proper management of product quality and inventories
• Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with laws and regulations and company policies
• Support the vetting of product marketing claims used in marketing materials
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Expert in PET processing of Injection Molding and Blow Molding systems
• Good written and oral communications
• Successful presentation and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and ability to deliver results with limited supervision

Education Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Engineering, Chemistry or related discipline OR 5 years or more in the PET processing industry

Minimum Skills Required:
• At least 5 years of experience in PET processing experience of Injection Molding and Blow molding manufacturing
• Demonstrated strong marketing and successful negotiation skills
• Demonstrated computer proficiency, Windows-based MS Office software applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to travel up to 40-60%
