Territory Sales Manager, Healthcare

This Apparel company was established almost 100 years ago and is a leader in their category of image Apparel. Innovative program designs, global manufacturing, and state-of-the-art distribution, allow this outstanding company to provide their customer base a more professional appearance and better communicate their brands - particularly those in healthcare, private security, retail, hospitality, transportation and food service industries.

The primary focus of this Territory Manager role will be to partner with distributors for the purpose of promoting and selling the companies brands to hospitals, healthcare systems (IDNs) long term care, outpatient facilities & career colleges. The role also includes selling to Healthcare & Industrial laundries. The role will be responsible for 4 states: Florida, Georgia, Alabama & South Carolina.

Responsibilities:
•Manage and grow sales
•Prospect and secure sales for new accounts
•Create opportunities with acute and non-acute healthcare targets and partner with distributors to win new business
•Drive account growth – penetrate, expand and protect important accounts
•Partner with and provide training to distributors and laundries
•Engage C-level executives within the acute & non acute healthcare targets
•Establish and execute annual territory sales growth plans
•Maintain up-to-date activity in a CRM system
•Provide monthly sales forecasts
•Collaborate with internal departments (i.e. Marketing, Design, etc.) to develop marketing materials and proposals

Education, Skills and Experience:
•Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
•Minimum of 3 years of healthcare sales experience selling to Nursing and support service departments
•Demonstrated successful sales results
•Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
